Behavioral Health Center of Illinois  fee schedule is listed below:

Private Pay:

       Psychologist -  $175/hr
       Masters Level - $125/hr

       

       

Payment by check, cash, credit card or money order is accepted.  Payment is due upon services rendered per session. We will gladly provide you with a receipt to submit directly to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy requires a 24 hours notice of cancellation or appointment change. A fee of $100 is charged if a 24 hour notice is not given.
